I have a burning desire for an electric typewriter. Am I the only person in the world?

Where do I even start? I don't want a complicated digital one, but one that can at least do the whole white-out tape cartridge thing. It can't be big or ugly of course. Is there some cool designer one that would look cute in my modern apartment? Or is there a decent vintage one I can get used?
