Nicole sent us a good question: I love the Seville Single Sink Console...but I don't love the price. Do any readers have any ideas for a similarly styled sink?(Note: Include a pic of your problem and your question gets posted first.

Actually this is probably a better match for that sink

Decor Planet has some modern vanities which have similar sinks included. The price comes with everything in the pictures (i've ordered the Potenza for my bathroom). Most have a floating style base, but the sink is similar.

do you know if the inside of the sink is curved? my apartment came with a similar looking sink that is completely rectangular on the inside and I have to be constantly wiping it clean as stuff gets stuck in the corners because it doesn't just run down the drain. so beware.
West Elm has one that's got a similar feel, "Teak Sink Console Faucet". The wood tone is lighter but if you're up for painting it a chocolate brown you'd get close to the same look for half the price

Do you have a Menard's near you? Surprisingly enough their LOFT line has some really nice vanity designs for less than $500. They are special order items but there is usually a good selection in the store to check out.
Overstock.com has some similar stuff. Some even cheaper than the West Elm...

I will agree with cadybug:
We redid our bathroom almost two years ago and bought a sink and base that looks very similar to this one from Menards. I think we paid almost $700, which is a great price and it is a very impressive piece. Noone can believe how cheap it was vs. how expensive it looks. They don't have pictures on their website so just go into a store.
My wife and I have been looking at the same vanity and have found something similar at Costco. We already have one vanity from them and I have to say I am very pleased with the quality. In fact we were able to do a full bathroom refresh for under the price of the PB vanity we used as an inspiration.

Try this - I have it and I love it, especially w/ extra counter-space.

I went totally low budget and got the IKEA hollviken sink, and mounted it on a home depot dark wood vanity - looks fantastic and the whole thing was less than $300 ($80 for sink, $199 for vanity)! I searched high and low, even debated building my own...and this was the cheapest, most attractive version. For a little more, there's a Home Depot version that can be customized with drawers, etc.
And looked at this at Home Depot:

I really liked it, but was a little out of my budget - plus had no storage space.
This is the vanity I paired with Hollviken:

Not quite as sleek as the one you pictured - but actually looks pretty fantastic in my bathroom with my white subway tiles and brick-set Carrara floor (6" by 12" tiles - super cheap at a tile store - cut 12 by 12 tiles in half!). But enough about me... :)
One caveat - unless you like playing mixologist early in the morning, I recommend going with a faucet with one handle (unlike the Seville one pictured). I can't deal with two knobs so early in the morning, maybe it's just me...
