That's the Big Shadow Lamp by Marcel Wanders for Cappellini.
We featured one in Scavenger last month, but that's the first time we've ever seen one on Craigslist.
It's available at Unica Home and Generate.

I just saw a very similar one at Crate & Barrel
yep, it's the big shadow floor lamp. you can buy it at unica or the conran shop.
I saw another mushroom-like floor lamp at Lightology
Found a table lamp that's similar, the same line might have a floor one too.

Ah! I've been to that house, bought a couple things from them. The owner is the uncle of my good friends.

Architectural Elements (http://www.yelp.com/biz/architectural-elements-san-francisco) on Valencia street used to have it. If not, BoConcepts (@ Townsend & 2nd) has something similar though not as large.
