Good Questions: Chuck's Coffee Mugs?

Nicole is curious: On last weeks (11-24-08) episode of Chuck, they showed coffee mugs in the first few minutes of the show. They were white and the mug part kind of swirled into the handle at the top (or vice versa). I'm having trouble finding an image of them to attach, but was wondering if anybody knew where they came from.

My girlfriend and I were wondering the same thing! They were really nice, hopefully someone knows who made them.

I didn't see the show and I don't think I would call this swirl, but my mugs are seamless from the mug to the handle. The Flow definitely isn't it. But, using the Flow as a reference, where the cup meets the handle, there was literally a swirl. Or kind of like it looped at the top before coming into the handle. I'm horrible at trying to explain things.

whether the amazon version is a knockoff of the villeroy & boch or not, it is a far better price for a seemingly identical item.

I saw these on the show as well, I'm pretty sure it's the Metropolitan New Wave collection from Villeroy & Boch, which you can actually buy at Bed Bath and Beyond. There are two mug sizes:

I think Macys also carries those mugs. I know my mom has one.

kgenesius - That was MY question. Who's that girl and why is she cohorting with my favorite people on TV?!

That random girl is Natalie Martinez and she was originally supposed to be Kayla Hart, a love interest/neighbor of Chuck's. The character was dropped because the storyline was too unlikely/complicated
