Q: I am looking for some advice on how to go about hanging photos, art, and arranging my furniture to best use the space in my new apartment. The apartment is in a mansion built in 1850, has a lofted bedroom (A Frame), large central living room with windows encompassing the 3 sides of the room...

Hardwood floors abound and the entry way/kitchen has 11-12ft ceilings but is not huge. The bathroom has the high ceilings as well and space to hang. Place has ~750 sq ft; Furniture wise, I have a 3 seat brown leather Sofa, off white leather chair, 2 end tables, 30in flat screen & 3 wooden chairs. You can see a video tour of the apartment here.

I'm pretty desperate for some help. I'm a 25 year old guy, abstract artist, but I really am not that good at interior design. I think I have the things to make this space a really cool space, but I don't know how to place them to make this apartment become a great living space.

Thanks for your help!!!
