Help Designing My New Condo?

Good Questions

Q: Although envious of your super-savvy readership, I am not ready to tackle the design of my new (much smaller than the last place) one bedroom condo. But, nor am I able to hire a full-priced designer. Ideally, I'd like to find someone to do a redesign, using my existing furniture. Can you recommend someone in the Chicago area? Or, I'd love to hire one of your artsier readers who'd like to take a stab at a design project...

Essentially, I'm looking for someone to chose paint colors/wallpaper/fabric and tell me which furniture pieces need to go and maybe recommend a few new ones as well. Step two would be arranging the furniture in a way that makes sense for the space. The condo is a very cool 1960's hotel conversion on Astor Street in the Gold Coast of Chicago - the design job on a neighboring unit was a multi page article in Chicago Style magazine.

So, any help would be appreciated - tips to redesigner or otherwise. Thanks again from an often-reader and never doer,
