Hello AT,
ok, so you guys have cb2 ads all over your site. i'm interested. but, i'm in nyc so i can't reach out and touch the stuff. how's the quality? i am especially interested in the couches - curious about build and comfort. any input iwill be greatly appreciated.
regards, charlie
Charlie, So you noticed? Yes, we have CB2 paying the bills for a few months, and we're glad because we've always liked C&B, the store, the products and the staff. As long as we have the luxury of choosing our advertisers, we'll choose shops we feel comfortable with.
That said, being in NY as well...
we haven't touched the CB2 stuff either and welcome any first hand experiences from Chicago or elsewhere. Don't hold back, either, tell us like it is. Guaranteed, the folks from CB2 will be reading.
ps. we also have an interview with Marta Calle - the senior product manager at CB2 - which we will be posting later today.

In response to Gina, I just bought a lucite coffee table from www.aaronrthomas.com I had similar concerns about the material being ruined by my 4 year old. They told me when I bought it that it was made from the strongest acrylic available and if it ever got scratched it could be polished out. I have had it for 3 months and other than very fine, almost non-existant (like the kind you see on glass) scratches it still looks brand new.
