It's obviously a reprint of a photographic image from a vintage fashion magazine.
If this is the work of Richard Avedon - who's work was featured in recent museum exhibitions - this might be a poster sold in a museum store.
There are lots of fashion images for sale at the Conde Nast store (publisher of Vogue) if you don't find the exact one, there are plenty of others to choose from.

I think it's a photo from Vogue.
It also appears on page 80 of the Sept. 2009 issue of House Beautiful (in the master bath of Windsor Smith's home). It says its a 1950's fashion photo.
