Hello AT,
Hello from Boston....
After years of living with practically no furniture I have finally bought a place and am excited about getting some real furniture. In addition to the sofa, the first major purchases are going to be the two rugs that go into the adjacent living and dining rooms.
I have found some I really like online, from Brink and Campman. My problem is that I can't find stores in Boston that sell these rugs, and so haven't actually seen them in person...

Are you familiar with this company, and are their rugs of pretty good quality? Also, I have almost settled on the blocky tan/blue/orange for the living room. Any suggestion about which of the clover-leaf rug would be a better match for the dining room?
Thanks for any help, TC
Anyone??

These rugs are indeed available from www.rugsusa.com . Additionally you may use coupon code AF2007 for a 5% discount from the listed price. Additional discounts of up to 30% may be available if you are a designer. You need to call 800 982 7210 and inquire about it. If you need to see these rugs in person you will need to call Delos Rugs the company that imports them at 1-877-988-5595. They can give you information on dealers in your area.
As for the expense these rugs are over priced relative to rugs of similar design and quality but these rugs do have artistic merit that many others don't . You are paying about 20% more for that artistic creativity .
