Hello AT, I recently received a Fire Safety Notice from my Landlord stating that my Building: a)is over 100 years old, b) is made of Combustible material, and c) does not have a sprinkler system. Although I was aware of all of this when I moved in (hey, the price was good!), ever since I got the notice, the thought that I do not have Renters' Insurance has been nagging me. Not to mention the recent building collapses in the E. Village. Any advice on what type of policy and what company to turn to... if at all? This may sound silly, but prior to this, the only other rental I have had was a luxury apartment and I honestly felt a bit safer. Thanks. Anne
