I am thinking of dressing her as a flower; very simple and comfy with solid green pants and onesie...the problem? I can't find any solid green baby clothes. In fact, it is hard to find solid, primary colors of anything baby!
I have run in to this problem before with bedding. When I just wanted some solid crib sheets and crib skirt I couldn't find that either! Does anyone know a good resource for solid colored crib bedding and solid (primary) colored baby clothes? Thank you."
Well Kelly, we completely understand your frustration. We had many instances where we thought to ourselves, "This is nice, but what's with the crazy pattern?" It's a shame more designers don't realize that the simple route may be the best for some.
We did find that Hanna Andersson offers organic solid colored turtleneck onesies in red and blue. And Target offers solid colored creepers by Cherokee, for only $5.99.
As far as bedding, we found the Swedish Baby Quilt shop had some selections in solid colors.

If you live near a small embroidery shop, head over there and ask them about bella baby. I happen to work for a privately owned embroidery shop and we're always willing to help people out when they're looking for particular pieces.

Bella baby, Rabbit Skins and yes, American Apparel are all commonly used places for screen printers and embroiderers for plain clothes ready for customization.

LL Bean has lots of solid-color onesies (long and short sleeve).
Babies R Us has plenty of soft cotton solid color crib sheets (all of mine are from there). Go to the mattress section, not the wall-o-theme-prints. They have very soft cotton green solid color onesies at babystyle.com (and they are the kimono-style, making them easier to get on than the over-the-head variety).

Pottery Barn Kids has crib sheets in a limited number of solid colors...but they are so soft! If you can talk someone else into buying them for you like we did, the $18 price isn't that bad...
I've found multi-packs of snapshirts in the "Just One Year" brand at Target, or the "Child of Mine" brand at Walmart (both, I think, by Carter's). The packs have solid, patterned and white snapshirts.

They also carry simple pull on pants in about 7 colors. Prices are great! Size fron 0/3 -Toddler 2/3( small). Better quality than Gap and cheaper than hanna anderson. But the best is the color selection.
