Hi! I recently found this picture from Living, Etc and am in love with the little chest at the end of the bed. It is the little sister of a larger table/sideboard that I didn't win on ebay about a year ago and have been mourning ever since! I'm wondering if the Apartment Therapy community might be able to help me identify the maker of this piece and/or a place to find its relatives? Thanks! misshoxie

See if Wayne has it in his store. He has a huge store house.
He is in Melrose Blvd in LA.

not sure it is radius, as radius has a more rounded edge and a lot lighter oak, tho it still has the holes instead of handles, linkpoo here: http://www.habitat.co.uk/fcp/product/browse/Bedside-cabinet-with-1-drawer/951177
I agree with zhenpoo -- I doubt that it is Radius for the same reasons (also no piece of similar configuration at Habitat).
I know I've seen something similar recently, but just can't place it. Wracking my brain to remember where...
i'm nearly positive its a vintage piece designed by aksel kjersgaard. scroll down on this page:

Darling- That's exactly it! Thank you!
If anyone has seen pieces like this for sale, please let me know!
misshoxie,
just google it! Now that the brilliant darling has turned up the name of the designer (great catch!!), the hard work is done. I turned up a bunch of Danish modern retro furniture stores, from Japan to Denmark, that carry this table and similar ones in the line. (the original furniture manufacturer is still in business in Denmark, and so the name continues).
Here is one for sale:

Don't be daunted by the fact that it is in Denmark -- shipping costs (particularly if by sea) have plunged since the economy has tanked, and it is a small piece, so you may be pleasantly surprised by the cost of shipping it.
Good luck, and lovely piece!
oops -- it's in Sweden. Close enough!
Nice work Darling...that's exactly it, and I have it's double wide cousin. I lucked out and picked mine up at a flea market for $85, in very good condition. Look around, you may find one in the states!
Good Luck!
