I recently the latest 'Good Question' where someone is looking for information on a bed and an alternative here in the States. The question sparked a search that I had abandoned long ago for being futile- but that was before I found AT.

I was looking for a new vanity in our master bathroom, and there were some specific requirements. We needed something small and compact, but also wanted dual vanities. After looking here in the States, all I could find were 60 inch monstrosities and knew that wasnt going to work...

After some searching I found a company in the UK called Westwood and the unit that caught my eye was the Westwood 1000- it is compact, it is stylish, it has dual vanities, and its only in the UK. Bummer- after talking to the company they said shipping to the States would be VERY cost prohibitive, and since I was on a budget, I agreed with him. Is there anything this compact available for here in the states?

We totally get it. That is a great vanity/sink combo and one we'd never realized was so rare.

We don't have a silver bullet, but we did find this attractive IKEA lookalike - Vattern - but it doesn't have two faucets.

Barring this we think the best thing to do is find the sink and then get a vanity made to support it (or buy a table and retrofit it).

Does anyone have a great resource for sinks like this?
