I'm fairly certain that is B&B Italia, although I'm not finding the model name on their website.

its the maxalto apta chair from b&b italia... hace it at diva on beverly & robertson

it's also made by a manufacturer at the helms furniture galleries on venice blvd in culver city....for a fraction of the cost of b&b italia.
