Good Questions: good quality home office furniture?

Hello AT,
I found your site when trying to research the quality of holdeverything Tribeca office collection. Unfortunately the google search results just found a match on holdeverything not an exact match for the Tribeca office collection.

The main purpose of these questions is to find good quality home office furniture, similar in style to the Tribeca collection, at at a resonable price. To date, everything I have found that has been solid wood is very expensive ($1500+). We live in LA, do you have any suggestions?

Thanks,

Emily

Hey Emily- here is the link to the post we wrote on lateral files, but we can tell you that for us, the Hold Everything selections seemed to be the best for the money. We put a row of the 1-2-3 collection in a friend's office and she loves them. She has confessed that the glossy finish scratches and marks quite easily, and we assume that the Tribeca collection will do the same. However, with the sale going on you might want to jump on the Tribeca savings.

Although you mentioned wanting solid wood, for the cheapest solution, we have bought Ikea lateral files, and while they take a while to put together (one of the more intense Ikea flat pack items) once they are done, they are quite stable and look fine and the price difference is remarkable.

Anyone else?
