in the blurry pic, the chairs look like they have a missoni-like fabric, which would be cool. in person, i imagine the print is just a tacky wavy print.

1960s, vaguely English Regency if you ask me, mass-market, something Henredon would have produced or Baker.

I agree on the mass-market provenance, probably mid-late 60's (because of the flame-stitch pattern on the fabric.)

I love the pattern - can you have them cleaned (usually about $40 per chair) rather than reupholstered? Just a thought, really cool chairs!!

Difficult to see in the photograph, but they look inspired by different styles : the general shape is close to cabriolet european Art Deco armchairs, the turned arms and legs look freely inspired by french Directoire style chairs of the late 18th century, or Empire furniture of the early 19th (which was very often a source of inspiration for Art Deco creators in the 20s and 30s anyway).
The cloth pattern, from here looks more like American styles of the late 70's - mid 80s, I would think they more recent than in other comments, there was an art deco craze in those years.
