Dear AT,
I bought eight of these glass knobs at Anthropologie for $8 each and would love to have them on all my cabinets and drawers, but that would mean buying 12 more--too much for me to spend! I've looked at a bunch of online sources but can't find this particular kind of cloudy, bubbly glass. Any suggestions?
Best, Ingrid S.

I found a bunch of decorative knobs at my local Hobby Lobby last week they were between $2.99-$3.99 and 50% off. They are just like the ones I have found at Anthropologie.
Good luck!
did you check ebay?

To piggyback on Ingrid's question, Anthropologie has matching doorknobs (clear glass with bubbles)--I can't find them anywhere else. Any ideas? (It doesn't appear that Anthro's knobs have locks, and I need privacy knobs). Thanks!
We bought two of the matching doorknobs from Anthropologie and have had trouble with them. They are beautiful but are handmade in India and didn't take well to the standardized doorknob fitting. So I second jilld17's question about where to find similar ....

not sure if they would be any cheaper- but restoration hardware will probably have some...
If nothing else works, why not buy one or two knobs per paycheck, until you have the needed 12? Although I'd be surprised if all these suggestions don't produce something better. Good luck, Ingrid!
Wow - that historichouseparts has some purty hardware! Thanks!
I'm in Boston, which seems to be one of like six states that doesn't have a Hobby Lobby store.
I also love Madampince's suggestion--how come I never think of the easy solution?
the latest real simple magazine has an article that had a website stating it was a great resource for knobs. of course, i can't find it...

here, check this blog post out. lots of great resources!
This is exactly what you are looking for... http://www.dlawlesshardware.com/crackn.html ...a page with a large selection of the knobs asked about and nearly all of them below $8.
I found them at Look In The Attic online at http://www.LookInTheAttic.com for about $3 each.
