You cannot change anything in your life with intention alone, which can become a watered-down, occasional hope that you'll get to tomorrow. Intention without action is useless.

Oops, this is a Good Quote, not Good Question! :)
shave the cat?
mschatelaine, long-hair cats sometimes need to be shaved because their fur gets full of knots.
I shave my 17-year-old skeletal kitty, because his skin doesn't seem to produce oil anymore and he turns into a giant flaky dreadlock. He loves being shaved, probably because he remembers that he's able to move normally once I've done it.
Hey, it ate my link.
Shaved Loki here:

We shave our 16-year-old Maine coon into a lion cut during the summer. She has lose skin on her ankles...haha my cat has cankles. She gets matted a lot more during the summer and she doesn't like being brushed out, so shaving her works better than one would think.
Loki seems to like his buzz-cut, and looks quite dapper!
Don't think my cats (including my 18 year old) would let me near them with a buzz-cutter though...
i can totally relate to this quote and the things that derive from it.
i'm a list-freak, so i always have these long to-do lists with things that rarely ever get done. it's a nightmare having all this stuff hanging over my head, little things mostly, just details here and there, but i never get a lot of things done.
i should be more determined, i guess.
some nights when i go to bed i'm like "tomorrow i'll get it done for real". it works sometimes but it takes me a lot of effort. :S :(
I was fortunate to discover Caroline Myss's books a long time ago. She is a medical intuitive (psychic) and a powerful teacher. Check her out.
