Hey everybody, let's help Paige out with her Good Question:

I'm having trouble finding a mobile for my daughter's nursery. We're using this BabyGap "Flower Shop" bedding [pictured above], but I can't seem to find anything that is equally whimsical and sophisticated.
I don't want one that is too froo froo or too cutesy. Basically, I want a mobile that will match the aesthetics of the room - pinks and deep espresso brown, but will also entertain baby. Do you have any suggestions for cool, unusual mobiles?

Hi Paige. The first thing that came to mind when we saw the bedding you're using was the mobile below by Laura of The Scoop - so creating something yourself is always an option.

Etsy seller Quiltbaby makes mobiles (in addition to baby quilts) and this one below in pink, brown and white fits the bill ($48).

We'd also suggest taking a look at Julie Frith's mobiles. There are lots of modern designs and configurations to choose from and, best of all, you can choose your own colors for each "petal." The mobiles are made from stainless steel with either plastic or foam "petals."

So, astute readers, have you come across any mobiles in your travels that Paige should consider?
