Hello AT,
I purchased this duvet cover from Pottery Barn online...it is the Morgan collection - in the color 'porcelain blue'.
I also purchased (what I assumed would be matching) quilt and shams (the Abby collection), which also came in 'porcelain blue'.
However when I received them, I found that the blues do not match, despite the colors being the same name.
I am trying to duplicate the stock photo they had online, but cannot find the right quilt/shams shown in this picture.... any ideas out there?
Thanks! Kelly
(Note: Include a pic of your problem and your question gets posted first.)

Uh, wait, what's the question?
Check the tags for dye lot numbers. If the blues are similar, but just slightly different it might be that you got items from different dye lots and can exchange them for ones that match.
If there aren't dye lot numbers, then I'd go into the store with the stock photo and ask an employee or manager. Some things are more easily done in person than electronically.
The image shown for the mostly solid quilt on that bed is not the Porcelain Blue form PB that I am familiar with, which is much lighter/icier/"slatier".
It also does not look like the Abby collection. Looks more like their Pickstitch.
It's the pickstitch quilt and sham.
hi -- my question was what quilt/shams that is in their picture, because as patrick said, the ones that i received were much icier blue.
roxybaby - you think its the 'porcelain blue' pickstitch quilt and sham? that still doesnt seem the right color blue.
i will try to bring into store, but since the duvet was catalog/internet only, i'm not sure how i'll make out.....
I had the same problem with PB furniture. They call their woods the same names throughout the catalog, but unless they are from the same exact line, no guarantees on them even being close.
kellyf, yes, I do think it is the pickstitch quilt and sham but I think the color you want may be a winter color and no longer available. They also had a Sprout Green color earlier this year that I was considering but is no longer available. I think the color you want is actually called Harbor Blue. I would try craigslist or eBay.
Often the colors will look very different, in person, online and in catalogs.
There is usually a disclaimer in the catalogs stating that they TRY to be accurate, but it's not completely accurate.
As far as viewing online, you are already aware (I'm sure) that you can change your monitor calibration and lightness/darkness and contrast. So obviously you can "change" the appearance of the color you are seeing.
That all being said, check out here:

That larger image, that is probably your quilt. Not in "Porcelain Blue" but in "Dark Porcelain Blue". Notice also how both images have colors that look VERY DIFFERENT from each other, and yet I am willing to bet they are supposed to be the same colors.
Read the review here, and there are notes about the patterns of the stitching and the colors and fabric content:

Here is the same image, with the quilt being sold on eBay, which is what you want. Diamond, Dark Porcelain Blue:

Oops, after re-reading the guide, it says that the color shown in the picture is "Teal".
But the eBay auction shows the image that you provided and it says "Dark Porcelain Blue".
And here is someone who got a darker one and wondered why...

THIS is more like a DARK Porcelain Blue (which is what they say it is):

The regular Porcelain Blue is rather muddy, and this last link appears to be a darker version of a muddied blue.
Still looking for a link to get you to the quilt you want. But if that guide is correct, you probably won't find a Teal Diamond quilt.
Perhaps browsing the quilts online, all kinds of quilts, would be an answer, instead of searching for one that is very hard to find?
