Good Questions: Where Do I Find This Anthropologie Catalog Prop?

Hello LA Apartment Therapy! I'm on the lookout for some interesting drinkware I saw in the Anthropologie November 08 catalog. Unfortunately the cups were just props purchased for the photoshoot and are not available through Anthropologie. I was wondering if someone in the Apartment Therapy community may have seen them around. They are a classic shape, but so interesting to see them in ceramic instead of glass. Thanks for your help! AT reader and sleuth Angela wrote in this morning and identified the ceramic drinkware as an IKEA item. We've verified and identified it specifically as the IKEA POKAL tumbler, available for a nice $1.99 each.

Off topic, but ooh! I just noticed those glass jars behind the model and they'd be perfect for my kitchen! Anyone know where I can get those, or something like them?

I have those glasses. They are from Ikea.

They're from IKEA - not sure if they still have them. I got a few last spring and they have lids so you can use them to store things in as well.

I got my large glass jars at Target. I'm making Kaffir Lim-onchello! Yum!

hanako66- I was messed up earlier. Then I clicked on the kitchn link and the back to main and it was fine.

Mrs. Mack, I believe Cost Plus World Market has jars like that as well.

Target has those glass jars, I use one as my rice bucket.

My dad has shorter versions of these cups in a cream color... but his are actually some sort of vintage Scandinavian army surplus (I think they might be Danish?) from one of his weird army surplus mail order catalogs... my dad has definitely never even darkened the doors of an Ikea! So perhaps that's where Ikea got the idea?
