Good Questions: Step Stool

Alicia sent us this photo and a question:

We're in need of a step stool that works with a pedestal sink. The Target special we have just isn't cutting it. It takes up way too much floor space in our tiny, tiny bathroom. There is no way to tuck it away. It's also awkward for my toddler to use because the step is almost too high for the sink, which juts out, making teeth brushing and hand washing pretty precarious. We need something smaller and less angular. Any ideas?

Without knowing the exact measurements you'd need, we do have a few suggestions.

The FĂ–RSIKTIG from Ikea is just $2.99, has anti-slip covers, and it looks like it's actually a bit arched so that it can fit around the sink more than a straight rectangular stool.

The other one with a slight arch: The Offi Snap Step. This one also gives you more height.

For style, we love the Pakhuis Oost Low Stool which we've posted on before.

The Rubbermaid Small Step Stool is cheap, sturdy, and it's light enough to just move or stand up out of the way when not in use.

Anyone else?
