With the start of The Fall Cure today, this felt like an appropriate quote to share. So dust off those work gloves, it's time to get to work...

That line originated with Phyllis Diller - probably forty years ago.
It's still true today.
*snicker*
The cure is starting today???
Why wasn't this better advertised? Other than rumors in the comments this is the first sign of a fall cure that I've heard!
Okay, enough with my rant. Where do I sign up? What should I be doing? This is my first cure so I'm rather lost...especially since there's little direction.
I second that Mrs.Mack - my 1st cure and even made a run last night to buy the book....help please!! Or...is that what the book's for...hmmm...
judas, joan rivers looks more like a feline than a human being these days. she doesn't even look the same.
I was just wondering last night while reading my Apartment Therapy book when they were going to have the next cure and this is the first I've heard of it, too! I bought my book during the last cure and was hoping to join in on the next.
I thought the cure started on a Monday?
Hi all -
We are launching the Fall Cure today, but are just starting up slowly by getting the word out.
More specific posts on how to sign up, what the first assignment is, etc. will follow in the coming days.
Glad you are all interested and will be joining us this time around!
i was wondering the same thing. the fall cure is starting today but we don't get to sign up for another few days? hmm. that doesn't make sense
Hi again-
We kick it off the Cure slowly to give folks time to get ready, pick up the book if they need to, take a look at posts from the last Cure for inspiration and ideas, etc...This is just the "heads up" that it is beginning...we'll be in full swing next week.
It looks like a face can only take so much cosmetic surgery.
I disagree with Ms. Rivers; I actually enjoy a consistently clean home, rather than one which gets the once over....well apparently every 6 months. Oh, and what about the mindless down time? I think the most of us could really use it!
