this gives me hope..i looked at lofts today from 550-827 sq ft and i'm racking my brain as to how my husband and i will fit our furniture his instruments in one space...

I love the third pic (bottom left). I think it's a fun colour scheme and I'm biased as it looks like a studio which is how my apt is organized. :)

i am curious about both the right hand photos... the other two are winners of small cool, if i am not mistaken.
