Like a fresh coat of paint, wallpaper does more to transform a room than almost anything else. But the thought of slapping a bunch of paper and toxic glue on the wall doesn't necessarily gel with our eco-minded endeavors. Thankfully there are wallpaper manufacturers that are providing stylish, beautiful options that are eco-friendly to boot! Madison and Grow is one such company.
Madison and Grow's line of wallpaper takes inspiration from the botanical and geometric patterns found in nature. The designs are hand-drawn before being scanned in for pre-press production. Screens are created and each roll is hand silkscreened using water based ink. The papers are clay coated for extra durability and can be wiped clean with a damp sponge, and the manufacturing process emits no VOC’s. In addition, all of their papers are manufactured from responsibly sourced and elemental chlorine free fiber and all suppliers adhere to one of the globally recognized responsible forestry or chain of custody programs, including the Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC), the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI), the Programme for the Endorsement of Forestry Certification (PEFC), and the Canadian Standards Association.
Dimensions are 27' wide x 15' long, and prices start at $150.
