very nice. I'm going to tackle my guest room this spring. It was an ok room for a while, but I want to revamp it. Right now it's a holding place for some "stuff" that I need to sort through before recycling or disposing of it, haha.
I'm totally fascinated by 1 & 2, but boy have they assured that there will be no funny business going on in those rooms.
All are lovely...Slangevar, I can't imagine that a guest in someone's home would be engaging in "funny business"...

These are gorgeous! We love having company and our guest room is a little... well... functional. Not pretty. Also, we host Couch Sufers and I'd like to make our accommodation for them a little cushier.

# 1 is awesome! Our guest room gets use at least once a week, due to the fact we live just out of town; friends often stay over. It just has a queen bed, but I would love to have space like this! Our sectional gets a lot of love too this way!
