I love the idea of using bathroom decor as a place to get a little mischievious and unconventional. If you aren’t looking for a major overhaul, adding something brazen to the walls is an easy way to make an impact and even distract the eye from unsightly features you may not be able to do anything about.
These ten images, pulled from homes and hotels around the web, are great examples of how to turn your bathoom into a fun and fearless space by keeping the walls visually stimulating.

I love wallpaper in a little powder room, but when there's the humidity from a shower, I'm dubious. A commercial-grade vinyl wallpaper would be fine, but most residential grade papers will show problems in a couple years.
Though more costly, I'd rather get bold pattern from a tile design or artwork than from wallpaper.
When I was a teenager, my parents let me wallpaper the tiny guest toilet in a jungle wallpaper - huge leaves in shades of medium to dark green and, iirc, some little orange monkeys. I loved it.
It was probably my most favorite decorating project ever. It had nothing to do with taste and everything to do with having fun. Sometimes I wonder what I would do, if I decorated with the same abandon now.
That's why I always enjoy seeing pieces like this.
LOVE number 6; number 7 makes me feel nervous :)
Dammit! more wallpaper to tease me with.
I really dig the idea of doing a small guest powder room with vibrant wallpaper!
It seems wallpapers become popular as in kitchens as in bathrooms. I'm seeing a lot of posts about them lately. For example here are some more bathrooms with wallpapers on walls.
Um...most of these are horrible and look really dated.
