It's so thin that you won't even notice it's there! We've personally had great experience with this type of protective film added onto our mobile devices. We also recommend sporting for the extra protection on the back panel, since it will help the iPad feel more "grippy" in your hands, while also aiding in avoiding the unfortunate scratches that happens when you slide the iPad across a table. The front, not so much. It's too "tacky" for our taste and the orange peel look, distract from the beautiful glossy screen.
