It's St. Patrick's Day so what better day to showcase green rooms. Kelly green may reign supreme in your holiday celebrations today, but these rooms use greens from across the spectrum (and orchard): from apple to pear to kiwi to avocado and beyond.

Delicious is the best word I can come up with to describe that first green room's color. I can almost taste sour apple candy.
I have great plans to paint my sons' room green just as soon as we move somewhere that we can actually paint walls. These rooms just make me SO excited for that day.
I love green kids' rooms :) My best friend painted her son's nursery a lovely, appley light green.
I love, LOVE, love, this colour. My oldest little guys room was this colour when he was little. Love.
I just bought Fresh Chive from Valspar. Need to paint soon.
All the green is just wonderful, but I want to know where I can find the print in pic 5! I love the story-telling bear...that's so charming.
We painted our nursery Valspar's jalapeno jelly after seeing Gus' room. We'd tried color sample after color sample, and thanks to the quality of light that room receives, nothing looked good. Even a fresh coat of white paint managed to look dirty, and I won't even mention what yellow paint looked like. But Gus' green...perfect. Great for a boy or a girl, and it's just so darn happy. It is bold, but we're balancing it out with lots of neutrals.
Our daughter's room is Farrow and Ball Vert De Terre. It's a beautiful sweet green. I love how subtle it is.

These are all awesome, but the first one is my favourite, hands-down! Makes me want to go out and decorate our future baby room, although we're not planning on kids for another year...
Aha, Kermit: it IS easy being green after all. :)
Our daughter's room is also green, though a much more subtle peppermint, very pretty.
Can anybody tell me the name of the Ikea curtains used in Julianna's Rainbow Room?? I need a set!! I've been searching for curtains for my girl's nursery, and these are perfect.
minuet42: that was a pottery barn piece, available now on ebay for a steal (i bought one for my sister)

Lots of beautiful granny smith green. I would love to see more kelly greens, too.
That's it. Someday, I'm having a green nursery.
