Ahhhh .... shower curtains. We've talked about them before, but we think they warrant another discussion, especially given the fact that they were, at one point, the bane of our existence.
The one we had worked in our last apartment; but, when we moved, it was prone to billowing in on us (to the point of suffocation) in our new apartment's tiny shower. So we went to Target and were dismayed to find that the majority of their plastic shower curtains were made of 100% PVC. That wasn't going to work, so we kept digging.
We finally found a suitable fabric shower curtain liner at Target. It gets pretty wet but, as long as we're careful, doesn't leak. We're relatively happy with it, but might have been even more pleased by a plastic liner from IKEA (they're made from PEVA not PVC).
Or perhaps an organic cotton or hemp curtain from One Earth One Design -- which, we've read, do get wet (like ours) but don't leak.
What is your shower curtain made from -- and how happy are you with it?
