Re-Nest reader Lauren and her husband are doing a green remodel on their 1910 home in Ballard, WA. While they'd like to do an "extreme green" remodel (who wouldn't?), they're being realistic and keeping budget in mind. The house is 850 square-feet with a 400 square-feet basement.
