This home, situated on 14 acres of Midwestern prairie and woodland in Hennepin, Illinois, is only 1,600 square feet, but it feels much larger. Despite its modern interior, from the road the corrugated-aluminum structure calls to mind the farm buildings of the area. Additionally, the owners are working with kids from the Future Farmers of America organization to help them restore and maintain the natural prairie habitat surrounding their property.
