
This is a pic that we took for our new book at David Alhadeff's house in Williamsburg. His style is decidedly mixed, between new design, vintage and stuff he's found, but all of it is low impact and emphasizes creative reuse and the love of raw materials...

Hey, I recognize that table! I pulled apart my grandmother's vanity to make two side tables and it left exactly those scars on the side where the center boards had been attached.
In fact, except that the finish is lighter, that's a dead ringer for one of my side tables...
