As we transition to Fall, hold fast to those sparkling afternoons spent by a body of water. As a kid, I tumbled through ocean waves, now I run out to the river and revel amongst big Evergreens. No phone, computer, agenda required. Just friends and cold gasps for air as I jump off a rock into the swimming hole.
