Nestled on an island on Narragansett Bay, the warm and worn Clingstone House was built well over a century ago. It has 360-degree views of the ocean through its many windows, and though the timber house itself is antique, it's now equipped with modern features like roof-mounted solar panels, a wind turbine which generates all its electricity, rainwater-recycling and seawater-filtration systems, and composting toilets.
