The Kensington Lighthouse in in Melbourne, Australia occupies a small footprint of only 160 square meters. The house is made from two sunshells connected by a central courtyard. The design also features a rainwater tank beneath the courtyard, heat pump on the hot water service, greywater diverter, solar array on the link roof, double glazing throughout, triple cell polycarbonate skin and a rainwater harvesting system.
