Gretel: Online Store Brimming with Cozy Sophistication

Gretel is a delightful online store we recently stumbled upon that carries a selection of home accessories ranging from textiles to glassware and lighting to decorative items. Full of unique pieces that will add that little je ne sais quoi to your home, Gretel is a shop we will revisit season after season.

Gretel treats its website like window displays...in order to present their inventory in a whole new light each season, their product selection is photographed again (by their extraordinarily talented photographer Claudia Uribe Touri). And what an inventory it is! With designs from Muuto, Kahler, Industreal, Thomas Paul, Norman Copenhagen and Thorsten Van Elten, Gretel showcases great design that won't break the bank.

Here's a bit more about Gretel's philosophy:

At Gretel we love modern design. We also love all things pretty. Your home can be stylish and have a heart; we like to think of it as cozy sophistication.

Gretel, founded by Abby Kellett, a British interior stylist, is an online store selling home accessories from around the world. We source products that we love (not just like) and hope that you will fall for them too. We admire pieces that are clearly hand-made and those that have an emotional element to their design. We do believe in love at first sight (impulse buys), but we don't believe in excess. Gretel's collection is carefully curated and uncluttered, so that your home can be too.
Gretel might quickly become our go to source when we need to find great, unique design for a reasonable price!
