Sometimes, it's fun to show a home that's a bit...different from what we're normally looking at. This classic seaside residence probably falls in that category: it's huge and decorated in an old-fashioned, shabby chic, Laura Ashley sort of way (among other things). But here's what we do like about this place: 1) The color scheme inside the house is inspired by the beautiful wisteria blooms that are all over the garden outside; and 2) Someone we're big fans of grew up here. Take a look at a few more photos and have a guess...

Still trying to figure out who it is? We'll give you a hint: It's the Silver Fox! Still not sure who that is? OK, here:

Gimme da house and no gets hurt!! I sure love this place and AC too!!
I think this house belongs to Charlie Watts of the Rolling Stones.
I think it belongs to Gloria Vanderbilt.
Where is this house? I'm moving in. The current residents can stay or go--it's all the same to me. If you need me I'll be in the wisteria grove.
MAH BOO!
(I love Dlisted)
This house is beautiful! I don't see much Laura Ashley. Those windows in the living room are incredible.
It's perfectly that kind of house. Beautiful.
I agree. This doesn't seem very Laura Ashley to me; neither does it seem very shabby chic. It definitely has an English feeling to it, but that's tempered by the Moroccan elements (that gorgeous MOP-inlaid chair in the bath, the outdoor entertaining area with stunning tiled/painted ceiling). Only thing I don't love is the pillow arrangment in the living room. There's nowhere to sit without the need to move at least one pillow out of the way.
And yes. Silver Fox. So fine.
I was all set to say Maria Shriver 'cause I forgot you have to be a WASP to qualify as "blue blood".

Beautiful place. It would be hard to pick where you want to sit.
It's not exactly how I would choose to decorate, but I would still feel pretty comfortable in that house.
Whether or not it makes me feel comfortable is my measure of good decorating, ha.
And if Anderson Cooper himself were there...well, that would be oodles of fun.
I love the house and I love Anderson.
mmm.. anderson cooper....hehe.
I guessed Anderson Cooper the second I read the question!!
