• GYMBOSS Workout Interval Timer
We've been on a bit of a fitness kick of late, seeing positive results beating blogger butt back with a mix of running and using kettlebells. In the hopes of maximizing results in as little time as possible, we were turned onto the HIIT/Tabata Method, a workout routine focusing upon 8 sets of 20 second durations of intense exertion, followed by 10 seconds rest inbetween. Since counting while lifting can be inexact, and our previous iPad counter app solution wasn't ideal for sweaty hands, we looked to this electronic device designed specifically for the task of keeping exact time during interval workouts. The GYMBOSS handles two separate intervals of 2 seconds-99 minutes, repeatable up to 99 times; the vibration option also makes it more gym-friendly than a loud, beeping watch.
