The brainchild of Danish designer Soren Rose, Gymnasium is a new line of furniture designed to tap into our collective nostalgia for our bygone schooldays. Most of my memories of school gyms revolve around trying to avoid them, and I still love these pieces – so I'd say he's done a pretty good job.

Comprised of four pieces – called Full Court, Baseline, Half Court and Free Throw – each piece is available in new oak and pine. Baseline and Free Throw, both pictured above, are also available in recycled gym floorboard.
