There are mornings when we let our hair dry naturally (with dire consequences) because we just don't want to deal with the mess of power cord attached to our hair dryer. While there are pretty ways to store your hair dryer, we've yet to find a pretty way to deal with all that power cord. One idea is to take cable management solutions for the home office and repurpose it in the bathroom, the other is to take this concept and hope that someone has the balls to mass produce it.
Dryerhair, by Industrial Facility, is a project for Wallpaper magazine’s Handmade exhibition. Cables sit within a frosted container at one end of the blaster. The wire-end acts as both an electrical plug and a cap for the container. While it would still be a pain to coil the cord just perfectly so it neatly fit within the container, it's way better than haphazardly wrapping a cable around your beauty gadget.

How about a retractable cord management system... shoving the cord into a tube isn't very awesome.
Plus, after blow drying your hair, the front end of the dryer can get pretty hot. Not sure if it's something I want to grab right away.
They sell hairdryers with retractable cords (I think the brand is Conair or Revlon- something standard). I bought mine at Rite Aid. It's not as pretty as this one, but it works well. You just press a button and the cord goes away. Who has time to wind up the cord and stick it in the tube every day?
@beyourownsavior, I think you could still hold the handle and get the cord in there without touching the hot front.
@ek76, true retractables are an option but this one could just stay out and look pretty when you're done...
Where is the air intake?
