Having a large enough hallway to actually decorate is an amazing blessing if you ask me. The thing is, they aren't exactly the easiest spaces to decorate and it can be pretty tough to create a concise space. Small tables, mirrors and lighting are the best and easiest ways to create a cohesive and successful hallway.

Mirrors play the role of the all-star. Hallways are typically small spaces and it's best to make them seem much larger than they really are. Mirrors, big or small, will do your hallway serious justice. Here are some helpful hints:

• Guardian suggests amping up the light in hallways to make the space seem larger. Excess light can come in the form of additional light fixtures but also with mirrors too. The circular mirror above the table in a staple in many stores. Try IKEA, Target or any other major retailer for similar options.

• Hallway Mirror & Coat Rack is the perfect addition to a modern hallway. This two-in-one can be super utilitarian for those busy families.
• HOVET is our all time favorite mirror from IKEA. We mostly see this mirror in bedroom either hung on the wall or simply leaning up against one — this mirror would also look great in a hallway. At the base of the stairs or the end of a hallway, it'll definitely make a statement.
