Happy Thirtieth! This classic design by Erik Magnussen for Stelton has been an international bestseller since launching in 1977. A very functional, long lasting and seventies-cool addition to any home, we have long thought that these are one of the best looking serving vessels ever made. The glass lined carafe keeps beverages hot or cold for hours, and can be used at home with its original, one handed pour "rocker" top or on the go with it's "picnic stopper". Happily, replacement parts are available, so you can enjoy your carafe for a long time even if it encounters a mishap or two over the years. The jug comes in a huge range of colors, including the "Jubilee Jug" line which consists of white or black jugs with assorted colorful "buttons", instead of the classic black. A site dedicated to the anniversary allows you to enter to win a jug on the site through July 30th. And, just in case you don't strike it lucky in the online raffle, they can be purchased for $79.50 at Arbitare, Fitzsu Society, Unica Home and lots of other retailers.
