Happy Birthday to our young friend Down Under, Sophie, who celebrates her first birthday today!

We'll be celebrating her first year with a bottle of champagne for Mum and Dad and a decadent chocolate fountain party for her little friends. Yum! Here she is on her favourite beach in Noosa, Australia, where we try to spend most weekends.
