Whether you have a small space or just want to get more bang for your buck, you may want to consider children's furniture and toys that serve multiple functions. There are so many convertible options on the market - from bassinets that transform into desks to toys that both rock and roll. Here are fifteen of my favorites:

The Rocky Crib looks like a giant laundry basket.
Ha - I was thinking more along the lines of a multipurpose baby bed and cage.
The Adensen crib-with-bureau to desk-with-bed is a great idea. Do we know if it can stand in two pieces, for a smaller room?
Hey, numbers 9, 10 and 11 all link to the same cradle into minidesk from number 9.
That said, the Rokii egg/animal is so adorable, I just love it. Design-wise it's beautiful.
That first one---my thought was, which kid has to sleep underneath?
There can also be a problem with multi-function furniture when the 2nd kid comes along, and the 1st kid is using it in its "big kid" configuration. And then gets mad because the baby is stealing his stuff. Yeah.
That Rocky crib is horrendous. Sorry.
It really is.
