Harrison & Varma's Villa: Color Me Modern

When the husband and wife team Anil and Marisa Varma first started designing properties back in 1996, they wanted to create their ideal home - beautiful and modern - with all the bells of whistles that come with living in the 21st century including readily available flat panels in all the living rooms, a dedicated home theater, and smart lighting that keeps the space as vibrant as the natural space that surrounds the property. Now, with over 10 years of experience under their belt, they're out to do it again - contemporary style.

A look from the sidewalk simply doesn't do the space justice until you take a look inside the home to see how much thought was put into layout and lighting design.

An open floor plan helps extend the kitchen into the living room, making it a cohesive entertaining space.

The Villa features 7 rooms, including a number of "side media rooms" for the kids.

Down in the basement, there is a dedicated home theater with dedicated 1080 projector and screen.

Be sure to check out the rest of their gallery if you like what you see here.
