Harvest Cycle is billed as "The Most Sustainable Way to Shop in Sarasota." We're surprised there isn't a similar service here in Berkeley or in bicycle-friendly Portland, Oregon. It's pretty simple, really:
Order your organic produce and staples online, pay $15 for the first tub and $10 for each additional tub, then sit back and relax. Your produce will be delivered to you via bicycle. (They've got special trailers to haul the produce.)
We've heard of organic produce delivery using biodiesel, but Harvest Cycle is a true zero-emissions delivery system.
