All the way from Working Class Concepts, a collective of students and artists from the Savannah College of Art and Design, these coasters made their way to Hazel, a specialty shop in Ravenswood.
The coasters (at 5" x 5" each) are crafted from Baltic Birch plywood, followed by a hand screen printing process, and are based on the original design by J. Camille Howe, a SCAD grad in Furniture Design.
These coasters make us want to actually use them (we have a few sets that generally sit untouched), just so we can stare at the modern mesh print every time we pick up or set down a glass. Hazel sells sets of four in brown, blue, and green for $28.
