This utensil set is made from 100% organically grown bamboo. Designed by Godefroy de Virieu, the characteristic that really makes it stand out is that each handle has its own spoonrest incorporated into the design.
The set includes six 12" utensils: round spoon, regular spoon, spatula, rounded spatula, slotted spoon, and risotto spoon for $24.
A bamboo utensil holder (by bambu) is also available for $10. Both available online at re:modern.
In theory, we love this idea...we're not huge fans of typical spoonrests. But we are not so sure the "rest" part of these utensils would actually keep your countertops clean (hello, drips). What do you think?

I'm not sure how the built-in spoon rest will work when cooking drippy stuff, but for $24 for that gorgeous set of 6 I'm willing to give it a try! I love, Love, LOVE cooking with bamboo and wood utensils and I'm going to order the set right now!
The set look great. The big question is whether or not the rest is far enough too not touch the food? I guess we have to try it to see if it works. But I am tempted to buy the set regardless.
Awesome.
