Last fall Liberty Of London and Hello Kitty partnered for a blink-and-you'll-miss-it line of cosmetics, toiletries, homewares, stationery, accessories, and Tana Lawn fabrics. The products are long gone, but the fabrics are en route to the US.
The Liberty Of London Tana Lawn Hello Kitty fabrics are available exclusively through Fabric.com, where a current pre-sale has the textiles listed at $32.98 per yard, with an anticipated July ship date. The Apple Tree, Kitty Wonderland and Music Festival prints are available in multiple colorways. While Liberty's Tana Lawn is a silky, fine cotton that is not intended for home decor, it could make a great accent in a child's room.

Nomade Express Slee...
The poster's comments notwithstanding, I have successfully used Liberty's tana lawn for making pillow covers and curtains.
That said, I find these particular novelty prints far less attractive than the regular Liberty offerings.
Hello Kitty iconography takes me back instantly to my daughter's young years (she's now learning to drive). I love everything about it (could be that it touches everything maternal in me or that it's saccharine sweet to the point of being kinda' edgy and dark.) Thank you, AT, for bringing this to us! I will be scratching and clawing to get some of this fabric and do something with it.
I pretty much hate any licensed product directed at children but I have to admit the first two are rather nice.
Not sure children would prefer these to the "real" Hello Kitty products, since kids don't dig irony that much, and the designs and colors are a bit subtle. I have to conclude, then, that the target audience is grown women who are having trouble letting go of juvenile tastes. But even Zooey Deschanel would find these too cloying.
I hate these so much I want to cry! Hello Kitty makes me gag! (Your mileage may vary, but I so hope not!!!)
i like the first two and did not realize it even had hello kitty until i read! super cute.
